RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At SKYE, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy before placing an order.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn and unused
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Item must have original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Mystery Boxes
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged through normal wear or misuse

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was sent.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After production or fulfillment begins, orders cannot be canceled.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
